The Workflow

Raw data to a drillable prospect, without switching applications.

1. Map

  • Every well in your prospect on a live interactive map. Subset by status, hand selection, or saved filter. Drop annotations, export to shapefile. Click a well — the database loads it.

2. Data Command Center

  • Headers, formation tops, completions, DST results, pay intervals, and volumes — one tabbed interface, stored locally in SQLite. Import from CSV, LAS, or regulatory databases. The importer previews before it commits.

3. Wireline Logs

  • Load raster scans, depth-calibrate against known picks, and stage for digitization or correlation. Handles legacy TIFFs and paper scans. Batch LAS fetch runs across all wells in the prospect.

4. Digitize Rasters

  • Pick your curve tracks, trace the log, export LAS curves ready for petrophysical analysis. Paper logs become usable data — no third-party digitizing service.

5. Log Correlation

  • Line up wells in a corridor, hang on a datum, and pick tops interactively. Picks write back to the database the moment you make them — no export, no file management.

6. Surface Gridding

  • Kriging, minimum curvature, radial basis functions, and ML-based interpolation — one dialog. Import external grids in GRD, TIF, ASC, and ZMAP formats. Results display on the map immediately.

7. Grid Calculator

  • Subtract a base from a top, multiply a net pay flag by porosity, isolate a target interval. Handles mismatched extents and resolution automatically.

8. Geologic Model

  • Cross-section and 3D views that stay in sync. Adjust a pick in section and it updates in 3D. Built for structural interpretation in laterally variable fields.

9. Jr. Prospector

  • Runs formation aliasing across your dataset — matching tops to standard nomenclature — and flags statistical outliers in your pick set. The agent sorts. You review and decide.
